<span style="font-size: 16px;">限养区内不得饲养大型犬和烈性犬，盲人和肢体伤残人饲养的导盲和生活辅助用犬，不受此**；限养区内每户限养一只普通犬只。 </span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;">（二）限养区内个人申请养犬登记，应当携带犬只免疫证明，并持养犬人身份证明和户口本、房产证明或者房屋租赁合同到指定机构办理犬只准养登记。 </span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;">（三）限养区内单位不得饲养犬只，确因工作或者护卫需要必须养犬的，应当配备犬笼、犬舍、围墙等封闭安全防护设施，设置明显的养犬标识，安排专人饲养和管理犬只，并进行登记。 </span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;">（二）养犬人要及时有效制止犬只干扰、恐吓、伤害他人的行为，清除犬只在公共场所的便溺物。 </span>
