太危险！乐清母子被困，差点出事了！

<span style="font-size: 16px;">近日，温州**满城，市民纷纷带着孩子来到野外踏青赏绿，享受无限春光。但在游玩时，如果不做好安全措施，很可能会给游玩带来危险。前几天，乐清市大荆镇便发生一起险情，一对母子在没有任何安全措施的情况下乘坐橡皮艇玩水，谁知被急流困在拦水坝边缘，橡皮艇摇摇欲坠，好在消防救援人员及时赶到，帮助这对母子脱离了困境。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px; caret-color: red;">3月16日12时42分，乐清分指挥中心接到报警称，大荆镇久防村有人员乘坐橡皮艇被困拦水坝处，立即调派大荆消防救援站2车14人赶赴现场，并通知辖区蓝天救援队前往联动处置。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;" >12时52分，大荆消防救援站人员到达现场。经确认，现场被困人员为母子2人，乘坐无舷外机动力装置皮划艇漂流，在游玩时顺流而下被困在大荆溪拦水坝闸门处，位置距离最近岸边约70米。据现场救援人员介绍，该溪流宽度约200米，水流较缓，但靠近拦水坝处的水流就非常湍急，且周边没有保护措施，因此很少有人在此处划船。更让救援人员吃惊的是，这对母子是自行下水游玩，而且没有带船桨，也没有穿救生衣，在水流较缓处漂流确实很惬意，但一旦水流变急，但凭双手就很难控制橡皮艇。好在拦水坝边缘水深较浅，被水流冲到该处的橡皮艇卡在水坝边缘。“这个水坝下面的水深很浅，但高度很高，如果橡皮艇被冲下去侧翻，恐怕母子两人都会受伤。”现场救援人员说。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;">经指挥员现场安全评估，决定采取上游牵引、下游拦截的方案实施营救。指挥员首先安排人员在水坝下方浅水区域设置拦截绳，做好牵引失败下游拦截的准备，同时调度蓝天救援队中型皮划艇从上游下水，大荆站水域救援分队3人与蓝天救援队1名皮划艇驾驶员协同配合，携安全绳向被困人员缓慢靠近。在救援皮划艇开至被困人员约10米处时，皮划艇挂倒挡悬停，并向被困人员抛送安全绳，引导其捆绑至船头，随即救援人员加大皮划艇油门，将被困母子顺利牵引至上游岸边。</span>
