“你好！是乐清市第三人民医院吗？昨天在车上有位旅客独自乘车，如果不是你院这位护士长和列车员伸出援手，这名乘客不会那么快恢复。太正能量了，请一定要好好表扬一下。”近日，温州乐清市第三人民医院纪检监察审计室工作人员接到一通表扬电话。

<span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;">打来电话的是退伍军人陈先生，<strong><span style="color: #c00000;">2月6日晚，他乘坐的高铁G7795列车上发生了一件暖心事。</span></strong>列车行驶至三门站时，广播里突然传来了紧急求助的内容：“请问列车上有没有医务人员，有乘客突发疾病需要救治，请尽快到第7车厢。”</span>

<strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;color: #c00000;">当时，休假结束的乐清市第三人民医院神经内科护士长林丽亚正在这趟列车上。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;">“当时距离下车还有半小时，我正在收拾行李，第7车厢正好是我所在的车厢，就赶紧起身去帮忙了。”林丽亚说，走近时，看到一名小姑娘脸色苍白、口唇发绀、全身冰凉，看起来非常虚弱，甚至连话都有些说不清。经过简单询问，她得知小姑娘为赶高铁，一路奔跑到车厢，上车没一会儿便觉得全身发冷，恶心呕吐。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;">“见小姑娘只穿着一件薄T恤和羽绒外套，我初步判断可能是低血糖引起的，随即吩咐乘务人员给她端来热水和红糖。但当时车厢里没有红糖，就先拿了棒棒糖给她含着。”<strong><span style="color: #c00000;">林丽亚马上蹲下来，检查小姑娘的脉搏、呼吸，然后向乘务人员要来急救箱。</span></strong>通过测量血压，发现其血压偏低，便让列车员将前排的空座位放倒，让患者先躺下休息。待患者情况稍微缓解后，林丽亚得知其已经吃过晚餐，随即排除了低血糖反应。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;">“昨天高铁内外温差接近十几度，车厢非常闷热，结合她的着装，考虑应是冬季中暑。”林丽亚让小姑娘服下藿香正气丸，并在列车员和热心乘客的帮助下，帮其刮痧。<strong><span style="color: #c00000;">经过一系列处理后，小姑娘的情况逐渐好转，口唇也红润起来</span></strong>。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;">“我是乐清市三医的护士，前方马上到乐清站，你先跟我下车，我送你去医院。”林丽亚建议小姑娘到医院做进一步检查，但小姑娘执意在温州南站下车，谢绝了她的好意。再三确认小姑娘无生命危险后，林丽亚嘱咐乘务人员一定要密切关注小姑娘的情况，及时联系其家属。做好安全保障后，林丽亚这才安心下车。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 1.5px;">回忆起当晚的情景，林丽亚直言：“这其实不算什么，我相信任何一名医务人员碰上，都会这么做的。整个过程很快，从我听到列车广播到病人好转，也就十几分钟，希望这位患者能够顺利康复。”</span>
