<span style="font-size: 16px;">患者，女，63岁，安徽宣城人，既往有多种基础性疾病。2023年11月30日出现咳嗽、咽痛、发热等症状；12月2日因病情加重收入当地医疗机构救治；12月7日，转至浙江省医疗机构住院治疗，后因病情严重于12月16日死亡。在对死亡病例开展回顾性研究过程中，浙江省于2024年1月22日从病例标本中分离到季节性H3N2亚型和禽H10N5亚型流感病毒。1月26日，中国疾控中心对浙江送检标本进行复核检测，结果与此前一致。浙江、安徽两省已对所有密切接触者进行医学观察，均未发现异常情况，且核酸筛查阴性；通过回顾性病例搜索，同期均未发现可疑病例。<br style="outline: 0px;"/></span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;">国家疾控局已指导浙江、安徽两省按照相关预案方案开展防控，并组织专家进行风险评估。专家评估认为，病毒全基因分析显示，H10N5病毒为禽源性，未具备有效的感染人的能力，此次疫情为一次偶发的禽到人的跨种属传播。该病毒感染人的风险低，未发生人传人的情况。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;">专家建议，公众在日常生活中应避免接触病死禽，尽量避免直接接触活禽；注意饮食卫生，提高自我防护意识，出现发热及呼吸道症状，应佩戴口罩，尽快就医。</span>
