如何让高速出行既方便又实惠，是大家关心、关注的话题。日前，市交通运输局发布《温州市区部分高速路段差异化收费评估服务竞争性磋商公告》，引起市民热议。该《公告》的发布意味着，不久后市区高速收费有望进一步降低。

《公告》显示，温州市拟对仅行驶金丽温高速公路仰义互通至机场枢纽、甬莞高速公路灵昆互通至金海湖互通段，进出均在仰义、温州西、娄桥、温州南、瑶溪、机场西、机场、灵昆、金海湖等9个收费站，且使用ETC记账卡浙C牌照一类客车的通行费实行优惠政策。根据《浙江省全面推广高速公路差异化收费实施方案》的要求，开展交通影响评估，为以上高速路段实行差异化收费提供方案及相关依据。

也就是说，待差异化收费标准最终确定后，今后使用ETC的浙C牌照七座（含）以下轿车、小型客车、2吨以下小货车，仅行驶上述路段（不含经过该路段），享受高速通行费对折。

市交通运输局方面表示，之所以拟对温州市区部分高速路段差异化收费，一方面是出于惠民的角度，另一方面对市区交通也可以起到一定缓解作用。目前，该项工作还处于前期评估阶段。

当得知《公告》发布后，市人大代表陈晓华对此充满期待。今年两会上，陈晓华提交了一份《关于在温州城区内指定高速收费站间实行免费通行政策的建议》议案。而在今年10月8日，市交通运输局对议案的办理情况进行了答复，并提出了《公告》中提到的方案。

在陈晓华看来，早晚高峰时期，瓯海大道、滨海大道等主要通行道路出现拥堵情况，而反观市区周边高速路，却没有什么车通行，因此她在今年两会提出了指定高速免费通行政策的建议。
