原试点机关事业单位和参保人：
</p>

　　根据上级有关文件精神，市社保中心启动我市原试点机关事业单位养老保险个人缴费本息清退工作，现将相关情况通告如下。

<p style="text-wrap: wrap;">

<p style="text-wrap: wrap;">
一、清退对象和范围
</p>
<p style="text-wrap: wrap;">
　　我市已经纳入浙江省机关事业单位养老保险系统且在实施机关事业单位工作人员养老保险制度改革（2014年10月）前参加本市试点机关事业养老保险并缴费到账的工作人员，其改革前的试点机关事业养老保险个人缴费部分本息予以清退。

二、清退方式
</p>
<p style="text-wrap: wrap;">
       采用集中批量清退和零星清退两种方式，具体分以下三类人员：
</p>
<p style="text-wrap: wrap;">
<strong>      第一类</strong>为2023年11月前退休且目前正常享受养老金的人员，将于11月初采用批量清退方式直接清退到退休人员发放养老金的银行卡上；
</p>
<p style="text-wrap: wrap;">
       <strong>第二类</strong>为2023年11月及以后退休的人员，将在办理该类人员退休手续时给予办理零星清退；
</p>
<p style="text-wrap: wrap;">
       <strong>第三类</strong>为2023年11月前已亡故和已离开机关事业单位等其他各类人员，相关人员需提供材料到社保经办机构申请办理零星清退，其中已离开机关事业单位的人员，根据规定其改革前个人缴费本息将直接划转至改革后的本人职业年金个人账户。<br/>

三、相关政策说明
</p>
<p style="text-wrap: wrap;">
       根据规定，已纳入机关事业单位工作人员养老保险制度改革的人员其改革前在机关事业单位的工作年限按规定认定视同缴费年限，其原试点机关事业单位养老保险缴费年限不再作为实际缴费年限计算。<br/>
