<span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0px;color: #000000;">　　1.拆迁安置户应于</span><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0px;color: #000000;">2023年10月31日上午8时30分至2023年11月14日下午17时（法定节假日除外）</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0px;color: #000000;">前到</span><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0px;color: #000000;">乐清市跃华电讯综合楼四楼</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0px;color: #000000;">完成相应的套型报名，及领取相应套型的交款单并完成交款。完成交款后在跃华电讯综合楼五楼519室领取参与分配卡。本次安置房建设资金以<strong><span style="letter-spacing: 0px;color: #0b79ff;">3900元/㎡</span></strong>交纳，最终安置房建设资金在摸文后确定实测面积及楼层房号后按照一房一价进行多退少补。</span>
</p>
<p style="line-height:2em;">
<span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0px;color: #000000;">　　2.在交足安置房建设资金后，参与分配人可领取参与分配卡。</span>
</p>

<span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0px;color: #000000;">　　3.未交足安置房建设资金或未在规定时间内完成委托事项并提交证明材料确定参与分配人的，视为放弃本次抽签选房的权利。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0px;color: #000000;">　　4.已有资格但未参加本次摸文活动的，视为放弃本次安置房分配权利。未抽签分配的剩余安置房由组织方处置，拆迁安置户不得提出异议。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;letter-spacing: 0px;color: #000000;">　　5.若报名人数较多，房源不足，拆迁安置户根据分配活动规则参与现场分配活动，如未摸得安置房的，安置房建设资金将在分配活动结束后十五个工作日内无息退回所提供的银行卡内，后续听从组织方安排。</span>
