近日，姚振华被当街围堵的视频在社交平台热传。视频中，姚振华被一群人围追堵截，眼镜都被“打掉”了，他大喊“你们这是犯法！”随后就被怼：“欠薪两年不犯法？”

“你们这是犯法，干嘛呀你！”视频中，姚振华大喊，他一度想要跑开，但很快就被围追堵截的人推搡倒地，最终“保安”出来解了围。人群中还有人喊，“有没有速效救心丸？”“我不行了，我不行了。”

据中国证券报报道，围堵姚振华的这些人都是被欠薪的员工。在视频中，有多辆汽车车窗还贴着“还我工资”。


　　


有消息称，姚振华被打后进入会议室开会，下达裁员指标。姚振华称，“要说贡献，没有，你凭什么拿这么高工资，通通都得降。”“你不创造生产，除了会要钱还会干什么？”


　　


据多家媒体报道，宝能集团流传的欠薪情况表显示，宝能整个体系，16个板块欠薪超过13亿元，其中，光是2021年7月至2022年4月的欠薪就达7.2亿元。汽车板块是欠薪重灾区，宝能汽车累计欠薪6.47亿元，观致汽车累计欠薪1.3亿元。此外，集团总部和钜盛华欠薪也均超过了1.1亿元。

就在前几日，宝能称，作为中炬高新的大股东，姚振华去中炬高新总部调研，未曾想，竟被保安拒绝进入。在视频中，姚振华对保安大喊，“你们两个实话实说就行，从来没见过，能够乱到这种程度。”

姚振华作为在“万宝大战”中出尽风头的知名人士，为何沦落至此？要知道，姚振华曾经为身价超千亿的富豪，据2016年胡润百富榜显示，姚振华财富当时达到1150亿元，名列中国第四名，力压丁磊、李彦宏等一众富豪。


　　


尤其是宝能教科书式的“野蛮人”操作，一时间让A股市场闻风丧胆。“拳打万科、脚踢格力”事迹在资本市场口口相传。


　　


2015年，宝能集团通过旗下公司不断增持万科，一度成为万科最大股东，当时万科创始人王石公开表示，不欢迎，并称姚振华是“野蛮人”。最终宝能集团未能控制万科，但通过低买高卖，赚得盆满钵满。


　　


使用同一个“配方”，宝能集团还一度成为格力电器大股东。董明珠公开称：“如果成为中国制造的破坏者的话，他们是罪人”。迫于各方压力，宝能在2016年底，逐步退出格力电器。


　　


被姚振华盯上的企业基本都有一个共性，股权分散。目前宝能通过旗下控制的企业仍是多家上市企业的大股东。其官网介绍，支持南玻集团、中炬高新、韶能股份三家上市公司合规经营。

宝能集团或者说姚振华的辉煌时间在2021年迎来变化，当年宝能集团被指陷入债务危机。中炬高新曾披露，截至2021年12月末，宝能集团有息负债合计为1918亿元，对外担保余额308亿元。


　　


钜盛华作为宝能系核心的金融、资本运作平台，其年报披露，截至2021年末，钜盛华的有息债务余额为822.91亿元；钜盛华及其子公司对外担保总额为572.89亿元；钜盛华**及对外担保等诉讼事项涉诉金额550.02亿元。


　　


宝能在2021年年底发布的“致投资人一封信”中表示，公司当下的困境是阶段性困难，目前公司所有的有息负债都有足够额度的抵押物进行担保。


　　


随后，宝能就不断抛售资产，包括房产、股权等。用姚振华的话称是“处置优质资产”，但实际上很多情况下，债务还不上，都是宝能旗下公司收到裁定书，被债务人卖出其持有的股份。


　　


据不完全统计，仅仅2023年以来，中炬高新接连发布关于控股股东中山润田收到执行裁定书的进展公告，基本都是债权人通过大宗交易的方式卖出中山润田所持股份。而中山润田正是被宝能集团所掌控，当时中炬高新也是宝能还掌控的唯一A股上市企业。


　　


在刚刚过去的7月份，宝能对中炬高新的控制权也迎来挑战。7月24日，中炬高新2023年第一次临时股东大会通过了关于罢免何华、黄炜、曹建军和周艳梅等四人第十届董事会董事职务的议案。


　　


有报道指出，这4人均和宝能集团有关系。此次股东大会的决议，也意味着宝能集团彻底失去对中炬高新的控制权。而这样的戏码已经是第N次上演，宝能系还曾经是南玻A、韶能股份的第一大股东，如今都丧失控制权。

宝能对很多企业的掌控都是通过钜盛华来实现，不过，天眼查显示，深圳市钜盛华股份有限公司是最高人民法院所公示的失信公司，该公司还被法院列为**高消费企业，钜盛华曾因未按时履行法律义务而被法院强制执行多达39次。

对于宝能出现的问题，有分析人士认为，宝能摊子铺得太大了，且业务庞杂，而其中，汽车产业因为投资大，回报周期长等，是将其拖入债务危机的一个主要原因。





天眼查显示，2017年，宝能汽车集团有限公司成立，注册资本100亿元。但该公司业务发展并不太顺利。2022年5月份，宝能集团称，山东省汽车流通协会发布一份消费警示中提到了几位车主投诉售后无4S店维修保养。


　　


宝能当时回应，第一时间进行调查核实，并积极联系相关消费者进行了解和沟通，妥善解决。宝能汽车自己还公布，2022年，产量累计突破1万辆。不过市面上，鲜见宝能汽车。


　　


有消息称，姚振华在汽车业务上投入高达530亿元，但这未经过姚振华和宝能集团证实。


　　


2017年12月，宝能还投资了观致汽车。据中国基金报报道，2021年观致汽车销量仅为5200辆，平均月销不足450辆。另有媒体报道，2022年，观致汽车全年累计销量仅720辆。


　　


即便如此，姚振华对汽车业务“不抛弃不放弃”，2022年3月份，广州市法院系统公告送达显示，宝能集团董事长姚振华下落不明。当时宝能回应，姚振华没失踪，他当时走进宝能汽车深圳工厂进行工作检查。在2022年宝能董事长办公会上，姚振华还提到“快速推进汽车等上市工作”。
