<span style="font-size: 16px;">值得一提的是，市场规模较大的肝素类产品今年首次纳入集采，该类药品常用于防止血栓形成或者栓塞性疾病，在心梗、透析等一系列疾病的治疗中广泛使用。还有不少常见病和慢性病的大品种药品中选降价。另外，为确保药品供应，本次集采还针对5种临床易短缺药品，在原“一主供一备供”保障供应基础上，再增加第二备供生产企业，确保临床使用。</span>

<span style="font-size: 16px;">目前，乐清市人民医院医共体、第二人民医院医共体、第三人民医院医共体、乐清中医院、乐清妇幼保健院、乐清康宁医院（其中所有基层卫生院、社区卫生服务中心已经包含在医共体内）共6家单位参与集采报量，按首年合同量测算，年节约费用近8300万元。乐清市医保局正在积极组织医疗机构签订协议、采购备货、资金预付等工作，引导医疗机构合理优先使用中选产品，切实减轻患者医药负担。</span>
