<span style="font-size:16px;">经乐清市政府同意，市人工影响天气办公室决定根据天气和空域条件，适时开展以 “五水共治”、农业抗旱、森林消防、水库增蓄、改善空气质量和环境生态以及重大社会活动保障为目的人工增雨作业。现将有关事项公告如下： </span>

<span style="font-size:16px;">1.作业时间：2023年07月05日—12月31日，具体作业时间视天气条件等决定。</span>

<span style="font-size:16px;">2.作业地点：经空域管制部门批准，在乐清市仙溪镇联红村（乐清1号作业点）、岭底乡珠璋村（乐清2号作业点）开展人工增雨火箭弹作业，有效范围以作业点为中心半径10公里内的行政区域。经省人影办批准，在龙西叶山、岭底五亩田、岭底湖上垟、淡溪江岙开展人工增雨烟炉作业。</span>
