<span style="letter-spacing: 2px;font-family: 宋体, SimSun;">各单位和学校主要负责同志，作为师德师风建设第一责任人，要切实负起第一责任人的职责，加强领导，强化监督。各单位和学校要全面、扎实开展教师参加“谢师宴”和违规收受学生及家长礼品礼金等行为专项整治，把预防和整治作为师德师风建设的重要内容,引导广大师生树文明新风，倡导简朴、节俭的感恩方式，自觉抵制“升学宴”“谢师宴”。市教育局设立举报电话，加大监督检查治理力度，做到有诉必查，有错必纠，坚决查处顶风违纪行为；对监管不力、问题频发、社会反响强烈的学校，经查实后将严肃追究学校主要领导和分管领导的责任，并在学校及校长年度综合业绩考核中扣分；对违规操办或参加“谢师宴”的、收受学生及家长礼品礼金等行为的教师，在各级各类评先评优、职称评聘、师德考核等工作中实行“一票否决制”。</span>
