<span style="font-size: 16px;">事故在网络上引发热议后，市交运集团随即对当事公交司机进行调查，并调取了车内监控。“根据车内监控显示，事故发生前大约5秒钟，有另外一辆电动车在BRT车道上逆行，向公交车迎面驶来。公交司机马上向左侧车道借道避让，然后右转回到自己的车道上。”交运集团相关人士介绍，在右转回到BRT车道的过程中，司机还在看后视镜确保不会碰到逆行车辆，加上上客门有其他乘客遮挡，未能及时注意到前方靠边行驶的电动车，引发了事故。</span>
