<strong><span style="font-size:15px;color:#000000;"></span></strong><span style="font-size:15px;">经初步调查，该公司销售的“大BOSS”和“超级**”组合烟花药量超过《烟花爆竹安全与质量》（GB160631—2013）规定的最大允许药量1200g，构成重大事故隐患；未执行合同管理、流向登记制度且未按照规定应用烟花爆竹流向管理信息系统，违反《烟花爆竹经营许可实施办法》第二十五条的规定；采购和销售不符合国家标准或者行业标准规定的烟花爆竹，违反《烟花爆竹经营许可实施办法》第二十二条第一款的规定；未对从业人员进行安全生产教育和培训，违反《烟花爆竹经营许可实施办法》第六条和《安全生产法》第二十八条的规定。天台县应急管理局已依法予以立案查处，对其存在的重大隐患，已按照《安全生产法》第六十五条第一款第（三）项规定责令暂时停止经营。在台州市应急管理局督导下，该案件在进一步调查中。</span>

<span style="font-size:15px;">经初步调查，该零售店在零售点附近未经许可且有人居住的民房内非法储存烟花爆竹330箱；销售非法经营的烟花爆竹；销售药量超标烟花爆竹，构成重大事故隐患。天台县应急管理局已立案查处，对于该零售店销售非法经营的烟花爆竹、药量超标烟花爆竹的行为，责令暂时停止经营，依法没收非法经营烟花爆竹并暂扣其烟花爆竹经营（零售）许可证。案件在进一步调查中。</span>
